Should I file for bankruptcy with my spouse?

It’s a good option, but it’s not always advisable. Married couples filing for joint bankruptcy can be beneficial, in terms of saving money and time.
However, it’s important to note that the joint filing process requires a couple to list all property, debts, income and expenses they have, both individually and as a couple. The assessment of the couple’s joint documentation and individual documentation would be significant in determining if joint filing would be most beneficial as opposed to individual filing for the couple.
